Accepted Payment Methods

At Sagelandhouse, we offer a variety of secure payment options to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Digital Wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal

The payment methods available to you are always shown at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) through secure payment gateways.

Payment Processing

  • Payment is charged in full at the time you place your order.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped until full payment has been received.
  • If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be confirmed.
  • After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as your proof of purchase.

Please note: Charges on your bank statement will appear under the name 'SAGELANDHOUSE'.

Pricing & Currency

  • All prices on Sagelandhouse are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • The total shown at checkout, including free shipping, is the final amount you pay. There are no hidden fees.
  • We do not charge any additional transaction, payment processing or credit card surcharges.
  • Prices may change from time to time. The price shown at the moment you place your order is the price you pay.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before processing your order. You can then choose to continue at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
  • International transaction fees: Sagelandhouse is operated by a business registered in Belgium, and payments are processed outside Australia, in the European Union. Although you pay in Australian Dollars, some Australian banks and card issuers charge an international transaction fee on purchases from overseas merchants. Any such fee is charged by your bank, not by Sagelandhouse. Please check with your bank whether this applies to your card.

Secure Payment Processing

Your security is our priority. Our entire website and checkout are protected with SSL/TLS encryption. This encrypts sensitive information, such as your personal details and card numbers, during your online transactions.

  • We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers. All payment data is handled by our PCI DSS-compliant payment processors, Shopify Payments and PayPal.
  • We will never ask for your payment details by email, phone, text message or social media. If you receive such a request, do not respond and please contact us.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please:

  • Check that your card details and billing address are entered correctly.
  • Make sure your card has sufficient funds and is enabled for online purchases.
  • Contact your bank, or try a different payment method.

Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy and are paid back to your original payment method.
  • If you experience any issue with a payment or an order, please contact us first at support@sagelandhouse.com. In most cases we can resolve it faster than a chargeback through your bank.
  • Chargebacks for orders that were authorised and delivered may be disputed with the relevant documentation.

Fraud Prevention

  • Sagelandhouse reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity.
  • Additional identity verification may be requested for high-value transactions before the order is shipped.
  • If an order is cancelled for this reason, any payment is refunded in full.
